 Dreamwidth seems to have reset all of my filters.  It is fixed now.

 I contacted a CBT practice near work. We are now playing email tag to set up a phone appointment.

Contact

 Contact is made, but I opted for responsibility over speed.  It is 350 a session with anywhere from six to nine months of treatment.   They are off network for al insurance plans, so this place might not fly.  I was clear in what I wanted treatment that focused on the learned behaviors, I detailed my problem, what brought me there, and had a clear idea of what i expected.  I asked questions based in my trust issues.  The only barrier is money.  The man coordinating, who took my call was eager to work with me.  He appreciated my clarity, and ability to articulate my problem and wishes.  I told him up front about the relationships, the kink, queer,  third gender and that my closet was deep.

Now it is just a matter of insurance vs out of pocket, alternatively he offered to help me find a more affordable option.
